"Being a part of the UofT cheerleading team has been an amazing experience! The team has provided me with a positive and uplifting community. Our many practices have helped me stay active and build on my strength and flexibility. I have had so much fun working and bonding with my teammates and love showing support at the UofT football and basketball games." - Angela
"Softball has always been a major part of my life, and joining the Varsity Blues has been one of the best parts of my university experience. It has been a great escape from the everyday stress of university for me, and has help me to maintain both my mental and physical health! It introduced me to my teammates, who are the strongest women I know and have taught me so much about both the sport and life. I’m so grateful to be able to represent UofT surrounded by such inspiring women while doing what I love!" - Macy
"Outside of my Gamma Phi Beta, I volunteer my time to SickKids Hospital in their research department. I volunteer in the Genetics and Genome Biology lab where I assist in experiments and observe some great scientists. I assist in experiments involving cell culture, transfection and transformation experiments and gel preparation. I’m specializing in Genetics at school so it’s interesting to see how the concepts that I learn in lecture are applied to the experiments done in the lab." - Connie
